Shipping Coverage

  • We offer Pan India shipping across most serviceable locations.
  • Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.)

COD Availability

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable pin codes across India.
  • However, COD may not be available in certain remote or non-serviceable locations due to courier partner limitations.
  • In such cases, customers will be requested to place their order using a prepaid payment method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including the correct address, contact number, and pin code. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the package for prompt assistance.
